Chip Ink Marking Machine IC 3000

The model IC 3000 is a fully automatic handling and pad printing system for electronic packages in strip form. The IC 3000 can handle all strip types such as PDIP, SOIC, SOIC narrow body, PLCC, QFP, MQFP, etc.

Key features of the IC 3000 include automatic unloading from dual magazines, hydrogen – oxygen flame pretreatment, ionization and surface cleaning, pad printing with automatic pad cleaning and automatic ink viscosity control, IR- or UV-curing and automatic reloading into dual magazines.

The dual unload- and reload handling allows continuous operation without stop while magazine changing.

Conversion from one strip type to another one can be achieved in less than 15 minutes.
