Transfer Carre TFC for 1- 4 colors

The Transfer Carré TCF  can be used for 1-4 color printing. The operation is very operator friendly. The operation happens by touch screen display or it can be done by buttons at the Carré front.

The Transfer Carré TCF is deliverable with a step of 75 and 150mm.

For small series the Transfer Carré can be used with a shuttle function. At the display the button for shuttle will be pressed and the TCF 150 works just with one jig. The jig moves from the loading station to the selected printing stations and back.

For further peripheral units like: pre-treatment, curing, automatic output etc. can be mounted at the TFC.

Transfer Linear for multi color printing or for automation.

The Transfer Linear TFL can be used for multi color printing. The operation is very operator friendly. The operation happens by touch screen display or it can be done by buttons at the TFL front.

Linear Shuttle driven by Servo Motor

The linear shuttle with a single part fixture is programmable. The print stop position is adjustable between each color through the machine's touch screen. Sequence changes are quick to program if necessary.

This type of shuttle is mainly used for four or five color pad printing machines, with or without independent pad descents. Also can be used in robotic load/unload applications.

Automatic height adjustable working table.

The height adjustable working table is an option to all of our machines.

 The working table can be adjusted together with the x,y-z cross table and jig by pressing a knob up and downwards. This allows an easy, fast and comfortable adjustment of the working height at using of different products.

UV Curing conveyor

The use of an UV - drying process is an economic factor with the drying and hardening process of colors and lacquers. Under effect of UV - UV reactive substrates polymerize and can radiation within seconds be processed immediately. The UV-Head is equipped with a Shutter, which takes off and thus against an overheating protects the UV lamp automatically with a conveyor stop to the drying object.
